One day I will be thin enough. Just the bones, no disfiguring flesh. Just the pure, clean shape of me, bones. That is what we all are, what we're made up of and everything else is just storage, deposit, waste. Strip it away, use it up.

  • Lunch: 1/2 tin soup, muffin
  • Dinner: rice with quorn + peppers
  • Exercise: 50 flutter kicks + 50 mason twists

The scales say I’m 121lbs (but dodgy scales) today. I don’t know how I feel about this. I feel heavier than yesterday, so it’s confusing. Had a really upsetting conversation with the boyf but things are good now. I think I just needed to confirm a few things. And I’m going to ask the doctor to change my pill.
